We designed an advocacy organization founded by top executives of the creator economy, built to advance creators' rights and foster a better internet for all.

CONTEXT

Creators.org emerged from a profound need to recognize the growing class of professional creators shaping the modern economy. With over two million professional creators—and countless others earning their livelihoods through distributed content—the organization serves as a beacon of unity and support.

BRIEF

The brief came with a tension to resolve: the identity had to appeal simultaneously to creators (a culture of edge, energy, and individual voice) and to the platforms and institutions Creators.org would need to influence (a culture of legitimacy and structure).

STRATEGY

Institutional with an edge.

The reframe that resolved the tension: don't pick a side, pick the intersection. The identity had to feel institutional enough to sit at the table with platforms and policymakers, while carrying an edge that signaled it was built by and for creators. That balance became the strategic spine of the brand—an institutional presence with vibrant personality, where neutrality and energy aren't opposites but two sides of the same identity.

What we did:

  • Brand Strategy

  • Brand Identity

"This brand is about coming together, pursuing something larger than any individual."

DESIGN

A logo built on "CO".

The mark is built around two letters: "C" for Creators—the lifeblood of the organization—and "O" for ORG, emphasizing the collective, organizational dimension. "CO" also signifies common, mutual, joint—embodying the soul of the organization. The three shapes within "cCO" can be read as silhouettes of three creators standing shoulder to shoulder, united in pursuit of a common purpose: collaboration, mutual support, and the strength that emerges when creators come together to effect change.
